What has God done in your life?
Are you prepared to tell others about how you have felt His love and mercy? NO ONE knows your relationship with God better than you. Be willing to share that story with others. Share your struggles, share your heartaches, share your joy and share your praises with those around you.
BE A WITNESS!
Join with us this fall as we explore the Good News of Jesus on Sunday evenings, and work through the Gospel of John, and John's letters on Wednesday evenings.
John starts both his gospel letter and his letter to the churches by talking about being a witness:
John 1:6 - There came a man who was sent from God; his name was John. He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all men might believe. He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light. The true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world.
I John 1:2 The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us. We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. We write this to make our joy complete.
Being a witness isn't about being perfect, or knowing the scripture inside and out, it is about sharing what you know about how God is good with others. We look forward to hearing your story, and we look forward to hearing about how you have shared it with others.
